To request a refund, contact support at aisoftwareandtraining.zendesk.com with the following: - Your name - Order email - Product purchased - Purchase date - Payment platform - Transaction ID (if available) - Reason for the request We reserve the right to deny refund requests that involve abuse, excessive usage, downloading and then requesting a refund, violation of these Terms, chargeback threats, suspected fraud, repeated purchases/refunds, or requests outside the stated refund period. If you purchased a third-party affiliate product through one of our links, refund requests must be directed to the third-party vendor, marketplace, or payment processor responsible for that product.
